Hi, got a minute? I am a 2020 graduate of Midwestern State University with a focus in Business Administration and a minor in Non-Profit Management. I love being of service to people in any form I can. At the sweet age of 17, I obtained my Certified Nursing Assistant Certification through the Nursing Program at Hirschi High School. I was 1 out of 2 to receive an award for being an outstanding Anatomy & Physiology student. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work for various nursing homes & home health agencies for over five years. My most notable skills are strong verbal & written communication, consistency, detail-oriented, record keeping, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.Currently, I am a self-motivated Online Chat Support Agent. One thing I love about this position is learning about the different troubleshooting error code tools or any type of helpful tax information. In the next two to three years, I look forward to pursuing my MBA and acquiring a job in the Tech community, more specifically becoming a Software Engineer. I am an individual who loves new experiences and is constantly learning and figuring out new ways for improvement.
