As a Center Manager, I lead a team of 15+ to deliver exceptional customer service, increase sales, and optimize operational efficiency. I manage inventory, payroll, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation, as well as ensure compliance with health and safety standards and brand guidelines. I also collaborate with district and regional managers to implement new initiatives and best practices, and to provide feedback and insights from the store level. My passion for customer service and sales stems from my previous experience, where I gained valuable skills in customer relationship management, data analytics, information verification, and team development. I am also pursuing a degree in Business Management from Stratford University, and I hold multiple certifications including project management and business etiquette. I am highly organized, trustworthy, and resourceful, with a proven ability to excel in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. My goal is to continue to grow and learn as a leader and a professional.
