Good day, I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer service, contract negotiation, and fleet operations. Currently, I’m working as a Fleet Manager at Universal Intermodal Services, Inc, where I oversee fleet operations, generate performance reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards. I also collaborate closely with customers and contractors to streamline freight flow and resolve any issues, always aiming to deliver exceptional service. Before this role, I served as a Sales Service Representative at Cintas, where I managed customer accounts, negotiated service agreements, and handled invoicing and pricing strategies. This experience sharpened my skills in contract negotiation and account management, allowing me to build and nurture strong client relationships. My previous roles as a Fulfillment Lead at Target and a Team Lead Captain at Bellhops Movers provided me with valuable leadership experience. I was responsible for team management, training, and ensuring high-quality service, which resulted in high client satisfaction and efficient operations. Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness and sports. I enjoy playing football, coaching, and spending time in nature.
