I am a highly experienced, qualified professional with extensive experience in the L&D and generalist HR fields. I possess a Level 7 Certificate (Masters) in Executive Coaching & Leadership Mentoring, and a post-grad certificate in training and development. My career has spanned work in a wide variety of sectors including retail, wholesale food and drink, construction, pharmacy, government organizations, as well as educational establishments including Mount Royal University, where I am an instructor on their leadership development Certificate and Adult Educator programs. I also work for the Further Education Society, a large non-profit, where I am a senior facilitator and curriculum designer. I have a strong track record of managing large HR based projects that have incorporated competencies, performance review processes, organizational restructures, and the people side of business mergers. A key focus of my work now is providing critical support to senior executives and professionals looking to transition to their next career challenge. I do this through working with my clients to create a package of targeted career marketing documents that generate interviews, followed up with interview coaching that substantially increases the likelihood of offers of employment. I use a ‘make a difference’ approach and unlike many other people working in this field, I work through close client collaboration to ensure that each person is treated as an individual. On average 95% of my clients receive increased interview requests within one month, with 90% going on to obtain their ideal next position within 3 months. My current client base includes a variety of globally located executives and professionals such as COO’s, CFO’s, CTO’s, VPs, and Directors from both the for-profit and not-for-profit worlds. I have also worked with teachers, University professors, research specialists, doctors, and sales management professionals.
