Del Johnson is Vice President of Business Development of Infinity Systems, Inc.(ISI). This is an innovative management consulting group that created Orgametrics™ and Equimetrics, a proprietary organizational alignment tool that quantifies the level of alignment of employees of an organization with its vision, mission and strategic plan. Equimetrics quantifies the level of diversity, equity and inclusion within organizations. Del has strong and dynamic strategic relationship building skills that spans from sales and effectiveness coaching to recruiting the best talent. His professional experience, education and overall success has created a foundation of getting results and outcomes for his clients and partners. He spearheaded the development of a Career Center in North Minneapolis that became the model for the entire Minneapolis Public School System. He’s brokered a $1.8 million dollar commercial real estate transaction, which involved managing the entire acquisition from start to finish. He has a consistently reached an annual growth rate of least 30% for each entity he has represented. He has a passion for education, business and youth. One milestone for Del was working on an inner city program where he developed and launched an inner city program for students focused on mastering life skills for success including work readiness, basic and advanced life skill training and mentoring and gave them a road map for their future.
