A new page in my life just started as we transition into the Global market with CENTURY 21 Center Point. Our locally owned Center Point Realty is now CENTURY 21 Center Point and we are proud and pleased to wear a new brand and be able to help clients and community throughout the entire world with the new company contacts we now have. So, about me: A native born resident here in the Ellensburg area. I grew up on the Heart K Ranch that is in the Taneum Canyon southwest of Thorp. With ranching and 25 plus years as a builder/contractor, my skills, and knowledge of the land and building here in Ellensburg is a bonus in real estate. Ranching taught me respect and stewardship of nature, land and water. As a general contractor I dealt with raw land to turn key housing and some commercial building. Owned and operated Excavator, Backhoe and various other large equipment. A couple of years in Industrial Mechanics, working refinery and mill shutdowns, turn-arounds and rebuilding docks in Acutan Alaska. My father was a rancher and real estate agent here in Ellensburg, providing me with a high level of integrity and professionalism for buyers/sellers of real estate. I would be glad to offer my help and opinions. 13 years with John L Scott Real Estate was a great start to my career and being part owner and Designated Broker of Center Point Realty LLC heading a team of agents here in the Ellensburg office since 2016 has been a learning experience as well as an opportunity to serve clients and our community. I was President for the Kittitas County Association of REALTORS in 2012, ran for County Commissioner in 2012 and currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Washington Association of REALTORS since 2009. I work as a contact person for a State Representative and lobby for private property rights for Americans. We strive for excellence and honesty in our service and ethics to both buyers and sellers. We involve ourselves with the community as much as possible. I would love to be involved with some kind of National or International Business where traveling would be part of my work. Specialties: Land and Residential properties are currently my specialties along with some commercial activity, with any real estate connections being of interest. I hold a CPRES designation (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist) and here to help people in their times of need. I'm continually looking to broaden the horizons! My wife and I currently have 3 horses, 2 dogs and 2 cats.
