I am an IT professional with 8 years of combined experience in Point of Sales and web-based Quality Assurance testing and 4 years of experience performing Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support. I have worked on various projects and teams for companies such as Walmart, UST Global, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, McDonald's and Facebook. I was part of the testing team responsible for the Walmart’s Financial Services, a service where customers can successfully send and receive money through Walmart. In this role, I was responsible for testing the multiple builds deployed to our Walmart testing environments and preventing defects from occurring in production, known as Walmart Stores. I am known as a creative person that comes up with solutions that are considered “outside the box”. I continue to think of new ways my company can become more efficient and work smarter, not harder. I also spend time researching situations to make better judgment calls. I possess the ability to work alone but work at my best in small or large groups.
