With an education in Political Science and Professional Writing, I am a thoughtful, analytical, and succinct writer and researcher. I have years of experience working in the Ontario College sector, with an interest in institutional development. As Policy Analyst, I support the identification and prioritization of policies that need to be developed or reviewed, create critical paths to identify key activities and determine project timelines, monitor and track projects, and work collaboratively with senior management across the institution to provide technical expertise and guidance. Through these projects I've successfully built and maintained collaborative relationships with subject matter experts in various service areas, including information technology, cybersecurity and privacy, enterprise governance, emergency management and public safety, student services, human rights, and public relations.
