I am currently working as Enterprise Customer Success Partner at SAP, driving value and success to our customers throughout their journey with us. I have professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Human Resources and Education. I seek to develop as a person, contributing with my knowledge and combining it with my passion for what I do. I am curious, sociable, and enthusiastic about learning new things. During the pandemic, I took a course in Neuromarketing and Consumer Neuroscience, and another one in Innovation and Business, which provided me with tools and knowledge for understanding the human mind and behavior, how to address customers, and thinking and addressing problems in different and creative ways.
