About Delia Kim

I’m a CPA, CA with extensive experience in both public and private accounting, as well as non-profit accounting. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong ability to manage financial operations and drive growth for organizations of all types. I’ve worked across a wide range of areas, including financial control systems, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. In working with non-profit organizations, I’ve had the privilege of supporting them by managing restricted funds, improving financial transparency, and helping them build stronger, more sustainable financial practices. I’ve always been committed to finding ways to optimize cash flow, streamline processes, and deliver accurate, actionable financial reporting. I enjoy collaborating with teams to enhance performance and align financial strategies with organizational goals. I’m highly proficient in financial tools like Excel and QuickBooks, which I use to turn data into insights that drive strategic decision-making. I’m passionate about using my expertise to support initiatives that create long-term success, both for the organizations and the causes that matter most.
