About Delia Lowery

Delia is an astute therapist and an avid supporter of the acknowledgement of complementary therapists as "Associate Health Professionals". She sits on the IRH committee and is a member of the ANMT and IMTA associations here in Ireland. With a B.Sc. Hons in Biochemistry and over 4 years of lab research and work experience, Delia fully embraced the career as an associate health professional opening her own multidisciplinary clinic in Kilkenny city. She supports people with chronic pain, mobility issues and anxiety. As a clinical herbalist, she has a special interest in gynecological and gastrointestinal imbalance and pain. Delia supported massage therapists across the world in actualising their personal and career goals as program assistant with the "Rock Your Massage Practice" business program for 3 years. Within the herbalist community, Delia is a member of the Irish Register of Herbalists, supports and manages the social media accounts for "The Irish Community of Herbalists- Herbfeast", an annual event and "The Herb Patch Project", which brings herbs into primary school classrooms in alignment with the Irish curriculum. During Covid lockdowns in Ireland Delia pursued the opportunity to train in NLP, Time Line Therapy®, Hypnotherapy through the iHeal Institute, aligned with the Tad James Co. Her hobbies are centred around the arts sector, of which she is highly involved in theatre in Kilkenny as an actor, director producer and stage manager. She is the Chairperson of KATS Theatre Group since 2020 and involved with Barnstorm Theatre, Lakeside productions, KCAT arts centre and Barn Owl players
