I have over eight years of experience in the cellular industry (5 years as a team Manager/Leader) and one and a half year in the Airtime industry. This compromises of my training in international customer service and sales for period of 2 months, ongoing management training in sales and marketing for a year. During this time I have learned good problem solving skills, to deal with irate customers and provide feedback within SLAs to customers and well as weekly and monthly reports to higher management.
