I'm the Executive Director of Associated Charities and responsible for the overall management of the agency. I lead the workers and volunteers to bring in new donations and emphasize customer service. I act as the main contact for our agency by managing the overall relationships and encouraging collaboration instead of duplication of services. Each day at Associated Charities I am given the opportunity to be empowered to make decisions, create solutions and be an advocate for my clients and co-workers. I feel ownership in the Charities and believe we're great at what we do. We strive to be the best non-profit in Lenawee County and are proud to be celebrating 102 years. I am actively involved in many community organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club, Adrian Twp. Fire Dept, Sheriff Dept. Victim Service Unit and the Community Crisis Team. My main focus each year is to help make our community a better place for all residents by being as involved and informed as I can be.
