I am a governance and public policy professional with over five years of experience advancing democracy, public sector strategy, and youth inclusion, with a strong focus on active citizen participation. I have collaborated with government ministries, local authorities, traditional leaders, civil society organizations, and donor partners to shape and track policies on public sector reform, decentralization, and citizen engagement, producing policy briefs, reform strategies, and advocacy platforms that strengthen accountability and sustainable development. Beyond policy work, I am an experienced debater, moderator, and facilitator, having featured in 50+ national television and radio programs such as MyVote (on electoral education), Mai Chisamba (on cultural dialogue), and ZiFM’s What Youth Want, where I translate governance issues into accessible, youth-centered conversations. Notable achievements include leading the Zimbabwe Youth Policy Tracking Group during the 2020 Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 2, which secured 10 parliamentary quota seats for youth, and contributing to the 2019 National Youth Policy Validation. With multilingual proficiency in English, Shona, and Ndebele, I remain committed to driving policy research, governance and democracy, public sector strategy, youth inclusion, and citizen engagement as key levers for sustainable national development.
