SCM supply chain management is the blood vessel to any company that has a material handling department. Moving parts in JIT just in time pace. Not only part but returns racks and totes are apart material handling and have a good knowledge of how parts follow throughout the plant is key to being successful in this business. I have supervised a team as large as 50 techs and 4 leaders at one time and as small as 30 techs and 3 leaders at three different locations. Safety is one of my top priority on any job big or small. I will never put production over safety because if we are not doing it right then we are costing the company money in loss man power and loss of production hours.
