Gone teaching, researching, and community servicing while keep on learning. With a robust academic foundation and a dynamic approach to teaching, I am dedicated to improving educational practices and outcomes. My expertise spans across designing effective curricula that align with modern educational needs and implementing assessment methodologies that foster substantial improvements in teaching and learning. I am passionate about integrating theoretical knowledge with practical applications to cultivate engaging and transformative educational experiences. My major research interest includes: Development and validation of learning environment assessment instruments to explore the social, physical, psychological, and pedagogical contexts in which learning occurs; Evaluation research in the field of education and curriculum to improve personnel performance, and; Developing systematic design of instructional materials and courses that are tailored to meet specific learning outcomes and address the unique needs of all learners. Outside my office duties, I am currently serving as national instructor for Deep Learning Approach for Indonesia’s Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. Prior to this duty, in 2023-2024 I involved in Holistic Science Teaching Project in collaboration with SEAMEO QITEP in Science and World Science Collaborative Ltd (WSCL) as teaching observer. As a teaching observer, in 2023 I have been certified by the World Bank Group Education as professional observer for primary and secondary education teacher’s teaching practices.
