About Della Lambert

Customer service has been the core of my work ethic from the begining. It doesn't matter so much how others would perform similar tasks, but how I would expect them to be completed if I were the client. I am my own toughest customer and make high demands upon myself, leaving a long string of satisfied clients and a strong referal base. I try to educate clients about the industry in which I work, so that they can share their knowledge with friends and family, helping them to make better decisions long term, and therefore re-enforcing my value in their lives. I earned a marketing degree from OSU, and a broker's license from the state of Ohio. I also hold Property Management Specialist designation. My primary work is in residential real estate, but over the years, I have served on the board of a CDC, worked catering and bar tending for parties and taught real estate classes.
