Where am I going? On my pathway to becoming an Executive Director of Operations or Chief of Staff, these positions align with my overall purpose and mindset of leading teams and taking on the responsibility of setting strategic goals by directing and assisting them to achieve organizational goals. My overall passion is to act as a powerful driver for success and sustained motivation. This will increase dedication, perseverance, and the ability to inspire and engage others, ultimately leading to innovate solutions and stronger business performances. Where am I now? Here at PROJXON, I serve as the GAP Team Lead Advisor, which focuses on helping the company develop and implement strategies for achieving sustainable growth, often acting as a bridge between consulting and operational support. This role involves collaborating with teams, analyzing data, using Clickup/Canvas and implementing strategies to improve various growth metrics. From this I have the ability to help define and implement the core vision of the GAP program. This leadership position helps me provide my team with direction, support, and achieving goals. In essence, a Growth Advisory Program Lead acts as a strategic partner, catalyst, and leader, leveraging their expertise to guide organizations toward achieving significant and sustainable growth Where have I been? My journey consists of a high work ethic and multiple degrees that span across business & management skill sets. I can suggest that my hard work ethic comes from my athletic background at The University of Arizona. While in attendance I was a captain of the D1 Track & Field program, being a part of this team help mold my work ethic and team leadership camaraderie. These experiences have shaped my fearless work ethic, communication, and team development skill sets. I'm driven by delivering meaningful results from collaboration and innovation opportunities, that help my continuous need to learn and develop my business acumen.
