Since childhood, my fascination with technology has been the driving force in my life. This profound interest led me to select Cyber and Information Security Technology as my major during my undergraduate program at ECPI University. My initial entry into the world of IT commenced as a Desktop Support Technician at Xerox, a Fortune 500 company, where I was an integral part of a dedicated team responsible for maintaining and supporting over workstations. With a natural talent for problem-solving, I dedicated more than three years to Xerox, consistently achieving an outstanding 90% success rate in resolving IT-related issues within a single day. This experience taught me the critical role that effective communication and attention to detail play in technical support. It became evident that it's not just about solving issues; it's equally about actively listening and assisting users in comprehending the solutions. I continue to improve on these and many other skills as I seek an opportunity in the cybersecurity industry. Beyond my professional journey and academic pursuits, I have also been dedicating my time to volunteer as an Ambassador with the Youth Assembly, a global platform with a core mission of nurturing an international network of young leaders and changemakers through the pillars of exchange, education, action, and impact. This experience exposed me to diverse networks and cultures, further enhancing my ability to connect with people, convey complex concepts, and collaborate effectively as an integral part of a team.
