Hello Leaders, Myself, Delzad V Khambata, entrepreneur, with 27+ years of professional experience in manufacturing material handling equipment, helping companies increase their productivity with minimum labour. I always wanted to start a business of my own since everyone in my family was doing jobs, though in the best positions in their company, working for someone. After becoming a mechanical engineer, I joined a company who were manufacturing material handling equipment. My journey from a Sales engineer to the Chairman & Managing Director of my company, Zeus Engitech Pvt. Ltd. has been a learning experience where we have grown with each failure and celebrated the smallest of our successes. I believe, “To succeed, you have to believe in something with such a passion that it becomes a reality”. Our company specializes in systems like Salt washery plant, Coal handling plants, Fertilizer coating systems, Municipal solid waste recycling plants, Bio-mass handling systems, Briquette handling systems, Port handling systems, to name a few. Every year we look to develop at least one or two new equipment which is why we have excelled in our field and our client gets one stop solution. We have a team of engineers who feel at home since the time they have joined us as I believe, “To go fast walk alone, but to go far, walk with everyone”. With that in mind, I have seen that all my employees, workers, contractors, vendors, grow together. We have manufactured the Asia’s largest 600 Tons per hour Salt washery plant for Archean Chemical Industries Limited (Formerly, Archean Chemical Industries Pvt. Ltd.). We have successfully commissioned Fertilizer coating system at Kandla Port Trust in 2015 which was inaugurated by the Chairman of Kandla Port Trust, after our Prime minister, Mr. Narendra Modi announced that, all urea must be coated with neem oil. Our USP is design, quality and after sales service. We have more than 60% of repeated clients with whom we work for all their new projects.
