About Demarcus Randle

DeMarcus spearheaded the creation of Infiniti Technical Solutions with 2 of his peers in 1997 as a way to subsidize the costs of school. Infiniti Technical Solutions began as one of the first organizations in the Dallas/Fort Worth market to specialize in remote technical support for the SMB (Small & Medium Business) market. By 2001, the partners moved away to develop their own companies while DeMarcus continued pursuits to facilitate the company growth along with handling day-to-day operations. Through establishing connections with a small communications company that sought expansion of its service offerings, he was able to ascertain the beneficial use of his skills in the arena of networking in combination with that company’s vast telecom experience. January of 2006 the companies partnered to create New Age Networks, a privately held company based in Arlington, TX with a diverse and solid client base. The company’s core focus is on providing low cost VOIP telephony solutions to the small business markets. Currently, the company sells its services to VARs and other small telecom companies who rebrand and market the services as their own. The company’s energies are focused on Open source telephony, conference bridging technologies, video conferencing, VOIP, E-911. In September of 2006, DeMarcus sold Infiniti Technical Solutions to a privately owned merger and acquisitions firm for a handsome profit. In February of 2008, DeMarcus accepted an offer from the partners at New Age communications to buy out most of his shares in the company.
