About Demetria Mack

I am a highly motivated and results-driven Product Manager with a strong foundation in computer science, AI/ML product innovation, accessibility, and cross-functional leadership. I recently completed my M.S. in Computer Science at Columbia University (Vision, Graphics, Interaction & Robotics Track), where I was honored as an Amazon Fellow for academic excellence, and I hold a B.S. in Computer Science, summa cum laude, from Howard University. At Microsoft, I’ve led full product cycles for mission-critical enterprise platforms within Microsoft 365 integrating AI-powered Copilot experiences, modernizing legacy platforms, and driving global accessibility compliance. I bring hands-on experience working across engineering, design, UX, and data science to deliver complex roadmaps under tight deadlines and high business impact. While I have a strong technical background, I discovered early on that my passion is not in software engineering. Instead, I thrive at the intersection of product vision, customer empathy, and cross-functional leadership where I can identify problems, align stakeholders, and drive solutions that deliver meaningful user and business outcomes.I’m passionate about building scalable, inclusive products that reach global audiences and solve real-world problems. My career has enabled me to step into design, engineering, and leadership conversations as needed, but always with the goal of translating complex challenges into simple, impactful solutions.
