About Demetric Jackson

I am a recent LHRD graduate of LSU’s Pinkie Gordon Lane Graduate School. Throughout my tenure as an LSU undergraduate student, I’ve used different software daily which has led me to become immensely interested in technology. With my knowledge of current software, I think an HR Analytics role would be best suited for me. After graduating with my Master of Science in Leadership & Human Resource Development with a Concentration in Workforce Development, I've since gone on to work in a few different HR industries that have allowed me to merge the skills I was taught in the classroom with skills I learned on the job to become a better HR professional. As I continue to work and master skills from both realms, it will help ease the transition from college to the real world as a recent college graduate. I believe all of my credentials thus far have shown that I am capable of using my leadership and technical skills to become well-versed in various types of software in order to help lead an organization into a better future.
