About Demi McLaughlin

My name is Demi McLaughlin, and I primarily grew up in Camden, Maine, and now reside in Lubbock, Texas. I went to school at La Salle University in Philadelphia, and then transferred to the State University of New York at Albany and finished my degree with a B.A. in Sociology and minor in English. I have also graduated with my M.S. in the Art of Teaching program from Sarah Lawrence College. I have primarily worked in the education field with elementary aged students. However, I am hoping to expand my horizons to other fields of instruction such as adult learning, and e-learning platforms. My strengths as an educator are my fun delivery of instruction, my organization skills, and my ability to build connections with students. I really enjoy meeting new people and can't wait to see what my future career has in store for me!
