I have also created forms to be used for calculation of results. • Experience in report writing; Lab Notes (LIRs), FIRs, QC Reports for Trending and Investigations. • Document Controller Role: Making sure the Lab has the current Revision and to make sure there is no damage to location copies of documents. • Experience in laboratory software such as LIMS and Empower. • Calibration of laboratory instruments. • GMP document checking and book-checking of analyst’s work. • Training in sample receipt, sending micro samples, making purchase orders for lab consumables and chemicals, and correct chemical waste disposal. • Maintaining a high standard of GLP and cGMP at all times. • Training of new analysts.
