I’m a Customer & Community Manager with a passion for building exceptional customer service teams and delivering customer experiences that make a lasting impact. In my current role, I lead a team of seven customer care professionals. From onboarding processes to monitoring KPIs, I ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to care, quality, and trust. My background is a mix of sales, marketing, and account management which has given me understanding of how important great customer service is when creating long lasting customer relationship and growth. I’m known for my hands-on leadership style, my ability to inspire teams, and my focus on operational efficiency. Academically, I hold an MBA from the University of Northampton. I thrive in environments where I can combine strategic thinking with practical execution and refing processes, implement new tools and coach teams to hit and exceed their targets. I’m looking to bring my experience to organizations where service excellence is a priority and people are at the heart of success.
