I am a young, confident individual who is always keen to try new things. I would consider myself a people’s person with excellent communication skills, which I have enhanced through my previous job roles. With several years of experience working in customer facing roles, I feel I have the skills required to work within a fast paced environment.As a Credit Controller (November 2021- Present) my main job is collecting and allocating credit notes and invoices accordingly in a timely manner. This role also involves communicating and building relationships with customers and managing all company accounts. I ensure all new customers have a credit check processed and that existing customers are keeping up with payments. On a daily basis I resolve queries there may be and work along side management to ensure every query is being dealt with effectively and efficiently. This role also involves answering the company phone calls and forwarding onto the correct department the customer requires service with.This job requires me to have strong attention to detail and problem solving skills which over the year and a half I have been doing Credit Control I have improved on a lot. This role encourages me to work well under pressure and on a tight time scale to make sure I am providing the best service to our customers.As an Optical Assistant I was required to serve customers on the shop floor and carry out clinical eye checks were key tasks.I was also appointed to a team leader position during my time at Vision Express.This opportunity allowed my to enhance my leadership and team working skills. Myapproachable and patient personality allowed me to excel in this role. The role was accompanied with increased responsibilities, such as opening and closing the store, helping other members of staff, setting daily targets and dealing with customer queries and complaints as part of the management team.
