Background
About Den Pluhatar
I lead AI at Beetroot, where we build AI and ML systems designed to last — engineered to serve the business and evolve with it.I came into this from the data side. Years of analytics, product data, and the unglamorous work of making numbers trustworthy before anything gets built on top. Part of that was building a marketing analytics product for SaaS teams, and a lot of what I care about now comes from the lessons I learned there. How much of "AI in production" is really architecture, and how often the hard part isn't the model. Things we keep running into on projects, and occasionally things we're still figuring out.Open to conversations with people building applied AI in the wild. Off the clock: math problems, long hikes, Tolkien.
