As an Assistant Dean of Market Development, I lead strategic, data-based initiatives that strengthen the visibility, enrollment, and community impact of the Monterey College of Law Community of Law Schools — including Monterey College of Law, San Luis Obispo College of Law, Kern County College of Law, and Empire College of Law.My work focuses on expanding access to legal education by aligning marketing, admissions, and community engagement strategies across our four campuses and a hybrid online option. I oversee brand development, digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and partnership outreach with community organizations, alumni, and the legal profession.I am passionate about telling the story of community-based law schools and demonstrating the unique value we bring to students who aspire to practice law where they live and work. By combining data-informed strategy with authentic relationship-building, I help grow our student body, strengthen alumni connections, and expand the reach of our mission: making quality legal education more accessible, affordable, and community-driven.As the Director of our internal marketing agency, I oversee all our marketing efforts, from digital to radio, TV, and social media campaigns. My responsibility is to ensure the campaigns are effective and align with the law school’s goals, which include increasing diversity in the legal industry and access to justice.
