Actively seeking new opportunities after voluntarily leaving my career as an active center director in childcare with a long record of success and solid recommendations.As a center director I supervised the daily operations of the school, including managing the budget and center finances. I focused on improving center enrollment in order to meet or exceed center goals through marketing efforts and ensuring the needs of families, staff and the center were met. Each year was spent improving the quality of care and education based off of parent and staff feedback along with the direction of the company.As a manager I was very involved with my team and families, efficiently managing my time between the office and classroom. My work was made enjoyable through my interactions with the diverse audience of children, caregivers, colleagues and families. This led to strong relationships and constant story-telling to family and friends about my daily interactions.Recently I served as the advisor for one of my teachers as they successfully obtained their Child Development Associate. This experience proved to me that I am seeking more opportunities where the end goal is to improve a situation for an individual or a group. I am dedicated to my career and am searching for one that is fulfilling and leads to a host of relationships and growth.
