Experienced Quality Advice Assurance Manager with over 13 years’ experience in the Financial Planning industry. Through the various roles, it has helped me develop a strong risk and investigative mind-set. I have learnt to recognise, understand, measure and manage factors that contribute towards risks to our customers, stakeholders and the organisation.From managing customer complaints in Group Customer Relations to my current role, I have gained valuable insights into the consequences to our customers and the Bank due to errors and breaches caused by people, internal processes, systems or external events. I have found myself thriving in this area due to my curious mind-set, strong attention to detail and my thorough nature.Passionate advocate in protecting our customers by ensuring that any actions and business decisions will not place them in a vulnerable or detrimental position. I am prepared to speak up if I believe something is not right which I have consistently demonstrated.I have a strong interest in working n the Financial Crime (FC) industry. The years of experience I have accumulated in the Financial Planning industry has given me many transferable skills to bring to the FC industry whether it be in Fraud & Financial Crime and/or AML/CTF sectors.
