Denean Lear is a native of Philadelphia, and one of the first females to graduate from Central High School of Philadelphia (247). She has spent more than 30 years in the corporate arena, managing high-performing diverse teams across various industries, requiring a multidisciplinary approach to leadership, employee engagement, and business problem-solving. Her focus is to ignite purpose-driven performance! “If they feel empowered by you, then they will magnify your power to lead” – Tom Ridge Her professional background is in health insurance, investment, and banking. She is extremely passionate about helping her organization achieve high employee engagement and return on investments by focusing on the two most valuable assets and resources - customers and employees. Denean is a member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. She volunteers with the Indian Creek Foundation of Souderton, Pa; and is an Executive Board Member of the nonprofit organization, Integrate for Good. Being a part of Integrate for Good means that I can use my talents and skills as an instrumental advocate to break down barriers that divide our communities.
