I am a graduate of Keiser University. I graduated with honors with a Medical Administration Billing & Coding Associate of Science degree November 2017. Executive Assistant for 7 1/2 years, handling multiple executives in the company. Duties included scheduling travel, coordinating meetings, helping set up and run a family office, bookkeeping, handling correspondence, running errands, creating monthly reports in excel, tracking investment accounts, research, preparing information for tax return filing, office organization, creating procedure manuals. Office manager for 4 years at an accounting firm. Handled payroll for the company and also for clients, prepared paperwork for tax return entry, supervised front end personnel, did hiring and firing, prepared LLC paperwork, prepared payroll taxes, helped office transition to paperless. I am a hard worker and highly motivated. Having worked for most of my life, I have a large variety of skills and love learning new things.
