I’m a well-rounded administrator who is detailed, practical and able to apply systems and structures to be organized and clear in communication in order to get the job done. I have supported position management along with, evaluations processes for schools and departments, and the HR Technician team. I actively engage in classification and compensation tasks. I manage and provide oversight for the systems-based employee onboarding process, staffing change process, including position management, employee-record data entry, compensation process, salary administration, job evaluation, and contract interpretation. I actively participate in full-cycle candidate cultivation through recruitment, partnerships and training. I have worked collaboratively with the Employment Services managerial team in providing subject matter expertise with technology teams to deliver outcomes to users through existing District tools including the Applicant Tracking System.
