About Denis Bernier

Denis Bernier has 20 years of experience in Finance, Strategic Procurement, Operations, Project Management and Corporate Services. He has worked for insurance companies (AXA and ING/Intact) and Canadian National (CN Rail). He has managed teams going from 10 to over 100 employees. Denis integrated Intact\AXA\Jevco within his 5 Claims departments for which he was the head. He participated in more than 10 integration committees during the due diligence process. He also offered his expertise to insurance companies and other organizations as consultant (2014 and 2015). As an example, he worked with La Capitale and Promutuel on mandates related to Procurement and Claims Performance Management. In 2015, he joined Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton as Director of Finance and Procurement. He participated in strategic projects such as the launch of new companies as well as the implementation of a new ERP system. Today, Denis works at Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melançon as Controller - Finance Director.
