About Denis Fages

I started in early 2020 in a new company: Trained Manager! Top-quality e-learning on management and negotiation. I associated myself with a scholar on the subject, a specialist for 27 years who has achieved extraordinary results and has developed a pedagogy based on "intensive training"… Founder of VideoTelling.fr then VideoLearning.fr and President from 2013 to 2020, I set out to create with a super team of creative, explanatory videos both didactic, fun and aesthetics to help large groups federate their teams in the big changes…including digital transformation. I started my professional life in 1984, at the same time as the Macintosh. And since then I navigate between communication, marketing, IT. My goal remains to make the most of IT to help individuals become more efficient, more competent and better communicators. I was also an e-marketer for 6 years (ChacunSonCafe.fr) and a web marketing consultant for 2 years. My background in IT (I started as a developer) and in management (management of 4 companies) combines with my current goal: Transmit knowledge, train and coach executives to be accomplished, responsible, efficient and ethical managers with sufficient mastery their job to instill a spirit of play. For 30 years, I have been passionate about improving education, using e-learning, but also the good side of VR (virtual reality) and even A.I. applied to serious games (pedagogical games of situation. I co-built a pedagogical escape game for a large group…) I also collaborate on two new projects, kinetic art (illuminated art boards and animated sculptures).
