About Denis Gauthier

As part of Rosati Group’s Development Team, Denis is responsible for every aspect of Project Development - from the initial client meeting through to design development, construction document preparation, project tender and up to the execution of the construction contract. Denis is responsible for client liaison and communications, establishes our clients’ goals and requirements and manages project design within the design/engineering department and/or outsourced consultants as required. Some of Denis’ other responsibilities also include assisting the Co-Owners with management of the design/engineering and estimating departments, marketing, sales and special projects. To achieve client satisfaction and project success, Denis believes “it is essential to become an extension of the client’s staff and that all parties, including the client, work together as a team”. Denis enjoys dealing with clients and consultants on a daily basis and looks forward to the challenges of each individual project. He brings a common sense and creative approach to each project and everyday issues. Denis believes that “the key ingredients to a successful project are practical design, proper resources and, most importantly, teamwork”. Graduated from St. Clair College’s Architectural Technology program in 1994. Prior to joining Rosati Group in Sept. 2002, Denis also gained invaluable experience working with a large building science engineering firm on a multitude of building science projects, over 4 years with an architectural/engineering firm working on residential, commercial, industrial, civil, and mechanical projects, and also held a position as a architectural designer and space planner with a large U.S. commercial retail company. Denis is an Applied Science Technologist (A.Sc.T.) with the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists.
