About Denis Goldshmidt

Experience has taught me that kickstarting change management in retail relies on knowing the right path to getting there, having a clear understanding of how to execute it and how to extract the full value from the solution. But once CPGs and retailers have this understanding and break the mold of their in-store routines, they are free to realize game-changing benefits. It’s my mission to help them do this by proactively driving their ambitions forward.Change starts from the inside and close collaboration with the customer is key to delivering this. By going beyond the surface of challenges and discussing them with a range of departments in the business, I’m able to ignite this process with integrity. My approach is grounded by playing fair and putting the client’s best interests at the heart of everything, offering clarity and reliable solutions to complex problems.I see it as my responsibility to represent the customer and support their need for flexibility within an industry in flux. Because of my technical knowledge and in-depth background working with Tier-1 CPG and retail organizations, I’m able to confidently help them deliver first-class results. Connecting with all stakeholders at both a local and global level is crucial to bringing them closer to a brighter future.
