I have been using data to solve problems all of my productive life. In my previous career of professional translator and interpreter, I specialized in complex technical fields from geology to civil engineering, which required a lot of learning, research and data analysis to enable reliable communication between technical experts. More recently, I became interested in natural language processing, machine learning and data science in general. I have been freelancing for many years, working with diverse clients from individuals to large industrial holdings, each time getting the job done without external supervision.
