Denis is the Founder, Executive Chairman and CEO at EarthLabs Inc.(formerly GoldSpot Discoveries Corp.)(TSXV: SPOT), a media technology and investment company revolutionizing the mineral exploration sector through its subsidiaries CEO.CA, Northern Miner, Mining.com, Canadian Mining Journal, and DigiGeoData. Furthermore, Denis was a Founder and President of New Found Gold Corp.(TSXV: NFG), Canada’s newest gold discovery at the center of the Newfoundland gold rush.
