I have more than a decade of experience in the security and loss prevention industry. Most recently I have expanded my experience scope to focus on threat and risk analysis, supervision, and management skills. In my current position I work closely with our global field leadership and greater loss prevention teams to develop and align strategies and best practices as well as implement plans for protecting company associates, assets, and brand imaging. The role requires me to be highly organized, analytical, and flexible allowing me to adjust quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude. This position requires strong leadership abilities which allows me to mentor other associates to meet their career goals while also excelling within their current roles.
