I am a keen Climate Change, and Environmental, Social and Governance Specialist with over 8 years’ experience. Over the years I have worked at KPMG Kenya, TradeMark East Africa, and Swedfund International AB where I have developed competencies in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Due Diligence Assessment/ Audit Services, Corporate Sustainability, Climate Change, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Risk Management.I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Climate Change Adaptation and hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry (majored in Biotechnology) both from the University of Nairobi. I am also certified and registered as an EIA expert by NEMA and have undertaken numerous climate, environment and social-related pieces of training on different topics.Currently at Swedfund International AB, I support the integration of ESG considerations into Swedfund’s investment process whilst promoting cross-cutting themes on human rights, descent work, gender, climate, and biodiversity. I am passionate about making this world a better place from a climate change, environmental and social perspective.Outside work, I enjoy playing table tennis, watching football and engaging in charitable activities.
