Formally a certified and highly experienced engineer in the ICT space my focus now-a-days is resolving client problems in residential and SMB property maintenance arena. My role shift came about due to my love of being on the field "fixing things" and my increasing disdain for office based activity. My strengths include a strong problem solving ability, which has been developed from years of field repair of computer system hardware and software. I also possess a high degree of competence in Customer Relations Management, building trust, friendship and rapport with people of all ages, company position and creeds.
