With over 15 years of experience in leadership, cybersecurity and information technology. I am passionate about helping people to become the best they can be, leading happy and productive teams, and solving problems along the way. I am also passionate about, cybersecurity, audit & compliance and OSINT. I am an expert in endpoint security, audit & compliance including NIST 800-53 and Vulnerability Management. I am proficient with documentation of policies and procedures, Operational Security (OPSEC), internet privacy, dark web and deep web technologies that assist with breach information as well as social engineering tactics and techniques. I have a proven history of providing leadership to high performing teams, and bringing camaraderie, cohesion and a sense of belonging to remote and hybrid teams. I currently hold CompTIA Security+ CE and am working toward OSIP (Open Source Intelligence Professional) and CISM certifications. Additionally I enjoy giving public talks and teaching to all levels on topics of IT, Cybersecurity, Open Source Intelligence, Social Engineering, Cyber and Internet Privacy as well as Communication techniques.
