Acting as the first point of contact for all ER issues for managers and employees, providing advise and guidance in line with current legislation and company policies to find resolutions. Dealing with all issues ranging from pay discrepancies, time keeping & attendance issues, absence management (including long term sick with the involvement of GP’s & occupational health), disciplinary advise and attending all stages of the process (i.e investigation, hearing & dismissals). As well as redundancy consultations up to and including giving notice, TUPE process including due diligence, supporting transferring employees with any concerns through to making contractual changes. Also experienced in consulting with employees in relation to site closures and contractual changes.
