About Denise Bark

I am a driven HR professional with a broad work experience within the HR- and payroll area from both my previous role as an HR Business Support Specialist within a global insurance brokerage and advisory company which I worked for 4 years. Furthermore, I have gained broad knowledge and experience within HR and swedish labor law during my role as an Interim HR- and Payroll Consultant but also from my role as HR Business Support Specialist. Currently I am working as an HR Business Partner Nordics with Iron Mountain where I support Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland in the whole HR area as MBL negotiations, labor law, terminations, improvement plans, employee relations, supporting managers, recruitment and much more. It is a matrix organization where I report to my manager located in Spain and is a part of the Europeean HR hub team. Therefore I am operating independently for the nordic region. As a person my main qualities would best be described as proactive, structured, social and always to deliver. What gets me most motivated is the feeling when you have resolved a matter that is the best for the employee as well as for the business. For me it is important to see areas where we can improve as well as creating mutual trust.I always want to evolve myself and I’m a curious person that likes new challenges. I am really looking forward for the future within HR and to always learn more.
