With over 20 years of experience primarily in the education industry, I have developed a strong foundation in administrative management and executive support skills that are highly transferable across various sectors. My roles have encompassed a broad range of responsibilities, including managing services for domestic and international students, liaising with key stakeholders, and supporting senior academic professionals such as the school Principal, Director of Senior School and VET Academic Director. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to manage high workloads, solve complex problems, and meet demanding deadlines. My experience working across diverse units—such as Student Services, Admissions for Elicos and University Pathway courses, and training for education agents has refined my capacity to handle multifaceted tasks with efficiency and precision. Moreover, my interaction with diverse individuals and groups has cultivated a high level of multicultural awareness and adaptability. I am deeply committed to optimising processes and managing workflows, ensuring continuous improvements in customer service standards. My systemic approach to initiating, developing, and implementing effective processes underscores my dedication to achieving operational excellence in any environment. In addition to my experience in education, I am also a NAATI Accredited Professional Translator (English↔Albanian) with a robust background in the Education, Business, Health, and Law sectors. Since 2003, I have provided translation and interpreting services for both private and government sectors at State and Federal levels. My clients have included Queensland Health, the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Human Services (Centrelink), the Attorney-General's Department, law enforcement agencies, and various Registered Migration Agents (MARA members). I am also a member of the Australian Institute of Interpreters and Translators (AUSIT).
