About Denise Carpenter

I spent my formative years having reports returned saying "Denise talks too much," or "She's a great student, but she really is too social." Now, I'm the Director of Communications for a growing non-profit. I get paid to talk. But most importantly, I get to help create an open line of communication between the community and our organization. It's those connections that create differences for the business, for our community and patients, but also for me. I still talk too much. I'm still too social. But I've learned along the way just how important communication is and how it's much more than talking. Communication is listening. Communication is the life-force in your organization. And it's changing, evolving, and growing businesses every single day.
