About Denise Evans

I was born and raised in Shreveport. I graduated from Byrd High School in 1986 where I went on to complete my college education in 1990 at LSUS with a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Public Relations. I am married with 2 children. I was very involved with my children’s schools and served on the Board of Officer’s for the PTSA for over 10 years. With over 33 years of successful sales experience, After 16 years successful years in the Pharmaceutical industry, I decided to stay closer to home as my children were young. I became a Realtor in 2011 and immediately joined Coldwell Banker. I bring expertise in knowing the Shreveport/Bossier market pertaining to comparables, schools, future development and retention of value. I have been blessed to have 11 very successful years already in the Real Estate market. In 2012, my first full year, I was named Coldwell Banker Gosslee “Rookie of the Year” for the Shreveport Office and went on to finish as a Top Producing Agent for 2012-2021. I have also had the privilege to be a part of the International Sterling Society with Coldwell Banker National and an exclusive member of Champion's Circle.
