About Denise Gianatasio

I am a lifelong resident of the fabulous Northport area. My husband Richard and I were blessed to have raisedboth of our sons in this amazing location. They both attended all the same local schools as we did. I am proud to have grown up here, to have raised my own family here, and to actively be licensed in Real Estate for the past 27 years. My mother was also a long time local realtor. This has has added to what I consider my special niche’.~ knowing the business and living here for a lifetime. I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from SUNY Old Westbury, in Elementary Education with a minor in psychology. This has all attributed to my success with providing counseling, educating and guiding my clients throughout the process of purchasing or selling a home. My success is directly related to my sincere passion for helping people. Spending countless hours raising funds for the local food pantry and many local charities, I actively stay involved with the wonderful, generous people of Northport, including my Bayview Avenue neighbors. I have been recognized in the Real Estate Industry, receiving many achievement awards, but for me personally, the real satisfaction comes from helping others realize their goals and dreams come true. I am people oriented person and my sphere is extensive and locally based. I have a relationship with many of many local merchants and I also write a bi-weekly column for Entertainment This Week (ETWeek). I write as (“Dishin’ with Denise”) find me at hhtp://etweekmedia.com/features.cgi (click on Featured Editorial - Look under Culinary Discoveries and/or Food and Drink).
